Meatless Monday

My chili recipe:

1 large onion
2 cloves of garlic 
1 bag of meatless crumbles by Morningstar Farms
1 tablespoon chili powder 
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (15-16 oz) red kidney beans, undrained
1 can (15-16 oz) pinto beans
1 green pepper
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
salt and pepper to taste

optional: 1 jalapeno pepper

Chop onion, jalapeno, green pepper, and garlic cloves.  Add all ingredients to slow cooker.  Turn on medium and cook for 2+ hours.  Turn to low as needed depending on how long you decide to cook.  I prefer longer, low heat, but do as needed.
