Baby shower gift

So I saw this on Pinterest and as soon as I saw it knew it would be the perfect baby gift for a friend of mine.  There was no tutorial or pattern, so I can't pass that on, but I can give you some tips.

I used a back stitch on the tree.  Then I used a cross stitch for the lite green I used as leaves.  I also did a back stitch on the initials.  The original that I pinned wrote out the word love and added to heart buttons, but I wanted to personalize it.  Feel free to steal as I did!
