Our recipe has evolved over time, adjust as needed to taste, texture, and based on needed amount.
About 15 oz. Peanuts (of course!)
2 1/2 tbsp. Peanut oil
1 tsp. Sea salt
1 tsp. honey
| Peanuts first, pulse for a minute until peanuts are fine pieces |
| Then add salt, and honey and blend more. Slowly drizzle oil and continue blending for about 2 minutes- depending on desired texture |
| taste. . .add honey, salt, oil until taste and consistency is as desired |
| Refrigerate and enjoy! |
